Attention NPOA Members:

Any NPOA member interested in participating in the next NPOA Board meeting on February 3rd at 9:00a.m. in a "listening only" format may call the NPOA Administrative office, up until Friday, September 2nd at 4:00p.m. to receive further information on how to participate. Rule Modification for Exposed Foundation

Existing Language:
NPOA recommends that all exposed foundations be painted to match or blend with the siding.

New Rule:
NPOA requires all exposed foundations, board form concrete, piers, and cement retaining walls to be stained to blend or match with the architectural design of the house. Final stain shade must be approved by NPOA staff.

The Northstar Property Owners Association (NPOA) is located in the heart of the Northstar California® Resort. NPOA is the original master association at Northstar and consists of 1,480 members: 808 Single Family residential homes and five Condo Associations that includes 672 units. NPOA is a year round resort community that is minutes from historic downtown Truckee, the North Shore of Lake Tahoe and a short drive to Reno, Nevada.
