Here is your chance to preview the proposed CC&R's
Last year membership approved the Second Restated Bylaws and we are now ready to move forward on updating our CC&R's.
The Board of Directors would like to provide membership a 60 day review period for the Second Restated CC&R's before sending it out to membership for approval by vote.
For your convenience a memo from our legal counsel explains the mandated changes by law and voluntary revisions within the document. To review either document go to the link under "Latest News"

The Northstar Property Owners Association (NPOA) is located in the heart of the Northstar-at-Tahoe® Resort.
