Attention NPOA Members

The Northstar Property Owners Association (NPOA) is located in the heart of the Northstar California® Resort. NPOA is the original master association at Northstar and consists of 1,480 members: 808 Single Family residential homes and five Condo Associations that includes 672 units. NPOA is a year round resort community that is minutes from historic downtown Truckee, the North Shore of Lake Tahoe and a short drive to Reno, Nevada.

The NPOA Recreation Center provides members with access to pools, spas, saunas, tennis courts (summer only), fitness center, game room, volleyball & basketball, nature trail, kids playground, and summer activities.
